In Manurewa Accessible Properties teamed with community housing providers Penina and Emerge Aotearoa to create a mixed housing community with 53 community homes in the 113-unit Mahia Road subdivision.
Accessible Properties developed 23 of the community homes – consisting of 21 two-bedroom units and two five-bedroom units. Both five-bedroom homes incorporate accessibility-friendly living with a bedroom, bathroom, living areas and kitchen space all located on the home’s ground floor.
