With New Zealand now at COVID-19 Alert Level 4, the welfare of our tenants, staff and contractors remains our highest priority.
The restrictions were put in place from 11.59pm on Tuesday 17 August for 7 days in Auckland and the Coromandel, and 3 days for the rest of New Zealand but may be extended.
What it means for you:
- Our offices are closed – the Accessible Properties team are working from home and appointments will be carried out by phone.
- Only urgent and emergency maintenance work will be done – we will only be carrying out health and safety work using safe work practices and tenant consent.
- Tenancy inspections will continue to be completed by phone.
- Transfers and new tenancies are on hold. Any currently underway have been paused and we will keep tenants and new applicants updated.
