Paul and his wife Felicity have won the Tenant Appreciation Award for May. Green-thumbed Paul has turned the once plain edge of the driveway into a colourful welcome to his complex.
Here he is pruning a carpet rose but he’s been busy planting all sorts of blooms - lavender, salvia, cosmos, petunias, begonias, daisies, poppies, and lots of cheerful annuals.
The place is looking amazing, and Paul and Felicity have even offered some flowers to their neighbours so they can do the same.
