Tania Wilson, General Manager Tenancy Services for Accessible Properties says working with Tauranga City Council to bring the Gate Pā Community Centre to life has been a fantastic experience.
Construction has begun on the centre, a long-awaited space beside Anzac Park that will open in late 2026. The centre will feature flexible meeting rooms, a digital hub, kitchen facilities, kaumātua services and room for community events, helping bring people together in connection and support. Accessible Properties provided the land for the project.
