Andrew Wilson, General Manager of Accessible Properties, is delighted to announce another successful niche grant from the Social Housing Unit of $750,000. This brings the total grant received this year to $9.67m.
The latest development in situated in Christchurch where Accessible Properties is planning to build five units in Sydenham. The total cost of the project is expected to be $1.8m, and will be completed in 12-18 months.
